Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jackson, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
