Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Cross Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Jackson region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
