Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Lakeside Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
