Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Indianapolis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification.
