Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Indianapolis area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
