Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Indianapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
