Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Basin Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
