Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Oak Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
