Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
