Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Houston producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification.
