Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Houston, TX)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
