Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Houston, TX)

Redstone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Houston. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
