Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Houston, TX)

Lumen Bright Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Houston. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
