Ironwood Corner Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
