Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Basin Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
