Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Glen Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
