Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Facilities and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
