Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Sparrow Freight is a Honolulu logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
