Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Honolulu area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
