Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Beacon Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Honolulu and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
