Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood River Staffing Partners places workers with employers around Honolulu, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
