Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Summit Junction Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
