Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
