Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Willow Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
