Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
