Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Orchard Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification.
