Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Foxglove Studio makes precision components in Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 4 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
