Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Hartford working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
