Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 322 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
