Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
