Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Hartford focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We invest in training. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
