Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Hartford area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
