Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Cross Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
