Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Fern Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification.
