Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Orchard Energy Group is an energy provider in Fresno focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
