Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Fresno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
