Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fresno with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
