Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Wren Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fresno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
