Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Quill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
