Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
