Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Summit Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fresno focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 970 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
