Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meadow Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
