Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Iron Construction Group is a Fort Worth contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
