Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
