Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (El Paso, TX)

Summit West Care Services provides in-home and community support in El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
