Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Mill Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
