Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Ridge Manufacturing is a El Paso manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
