Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Detroit, MI)

Lumen West Care Services supports families and individuals in Detroit with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
