Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
