Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Medical Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
